All BharatBiz plans include digital services that are activated instantly upon successful payment. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been activated and delivered.
For plans that include physical products such as QR code standees or NFC cards, replacements will be provided in case of manufacturing defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect items received. Refunds are not applicable once the product has been shipped or delivered.
BharatBiz may offer free plans or trial access. Users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before upgrading to paid plans. Payments made after upgrading are non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations where the core services cannot be delivered due to technical issues from our side and remain unresolved despite support intervention. All such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, once a plan is activated, no refunds will be issued for the remaining duration of the plan. Access will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact BharatBiz support before initiating any dispute or chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
